How is pay for the work set?
We discuss it privately, together with the role, availability and responsibilities. The terms are set before the collaboration starts.
Who can ask to join the programme?
Current clients, former clients and people with an active working or collaboration relationship with Maverick. Joining is voluntary and follows the programme's conditions.
If I work with you, do I have to buy a service?
No. Working with us is a separate route in, distinct from the client route.
Do commissions replace my pay?
No. For those who work with Maverick, programme fees come on top of the agreed salary or professional fee.
Is every referral paid?
